TRACKING

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for the shipment. It may take up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day you receive your online purchase to return your items. E.g. If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse and ensuring that it arrives by 30th May.

Products returned must be in original condition, no damage, no wear and tear or alterations done to the product. The product must not be washed and original tags must not be removed.

The cost of the delivery to return the product(s) will be born by the customer and the delivery charges paid in the original order will not be refunded.

The amount refunded will be based on the net amount of the purchase i.e. paid price for the product(s) as indicated on the receipt. Coupons/vouchers used for the purchase will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Please refer to the following steps for our return procedure.

1. PREPARATION

Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you wish to return a product. Include your order number, item you wish to return and the reason for your return.

2. PACKING

Return your item using the bag / box it was delivered in. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other bag or box of your choosing.

3. RETURN

You can return the parcel through any delivery service of your choice to our warehouse at the following address:

Stick the return label on the parcel, and make sure that it covers the original shipping label.
Keep the return receipt as proof that you have returned the parcel until till we have processed your return.

4. REFUND

Once we receive your parcel in the warehouse, we will send you a return confirmation email.
Once your return has been processed and condition of the product checked, we will issue a refund to your original mode of payment.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days before the refund is reflected, depending on the terms and policies of your bank/mode of payment.
